Tourists number visiting Seribu Islands during Eid-ul Adha is not increased significantly. It was monitored from passengers number in some piers in Seribu Islands.

The surge happened on Eid-ul Adha in Untung Jawa Island that reached 2,400 people

Head of Seribu Islands Transportation Sub-Department, Marihot Marulitua stated, in Kali Adem , Marina Ancol and Tanjung Pasir Pier, the passengers number is stable.

"In fact, if it is compared when Eid-ul Fitr, it's way declined," he stated, Monday (9/28).

He disclosed, in Marina Ancol, on Saturday (9/26), the passengers going to Tidung Island is only 325 passengers.

Based on the data of passengers getting in-off from departure and arrival port in each island, on last Saturday (9/26), passengers to Tidung Island reached 1,780 people, Harapan Island reached 1,155 people and Pari Island reached 1,199 people.

"The surge happened on Eid-ul Adha in Untung Jawa Island that reached 2,400 people, the rests was just normal that is only 1,700 people to Tidung Island," he closed.
